Terms & Conditions of Order

Thank you for considering our quality products. With over 20 years of craftsmanship, we aim for smooth and clear transactions. Please review our standard order terms below:

1. Sample / Small Quantity (LCL) Orders

  • Minimum Order: 5 pieces per model. Mix colors freely.

  • Delivery Time: 25-30 working days after we receive your full payment.

  • Trade Terms: Ex Works (Our Factory). You arrange and pay for all shipping from our door.

  • Payment Terms: 100% payment by T/T (Bank Transfer) in advance. Important: All bank fees, including charges from overseas banks, are your responsibility.

2. 20-Foot Container Orders

  • Minimum Order: 4 different models per container. Mix colors freely.

  • Delivery Time: 45-50 working days after we receive your 50% deposit.

  • Trade Terms: FOB Zhuhai Port. We cover costs to load the container onto the ship at Zhuhai; you pay main shipping and costs after loading.

  • Payment Terms: Choose one option:

    • Option 1: 50% deposit by T/T upfront, then 50% balance by T/T when the goods are ready to ship (before loading).

    • Option 2: Payment by Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight. The L/C must be acceptable to us.

3. 40-Foot Container Orders

  • Minimum Order: 8 different models per container. Mix colors freely.

  • Delivery Time: 45-50 working days after we receive your 30% deposit.

  • Trade Terms: FOB Shenzhen Port. We cover costs to load the container onto the ship at Shenzhen; you pay main shipping and costs after loading.

  • Payment Terms: Choose one option:

    • Option 1: 30% deposit by T/T upfront, then 70% balance by T/T when the goods are ready to ship (before loading).

    • Option 2: Payment by Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight. The L/C must be acceptable to us.

General Notes

  • Order Confirmation: An order is only confirmed once we receive your deposit (or acceptable L/C) and send you written confirmation.

  • Payment Currency: All payments must be made in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Bank Charges: For all T/T payments, you are responsible for all fees charged by banks involved in sending the payment, including intermediary and receiving bank fees.

  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, major strikes, war, government actions, major material shortages).

  • Quotes & Validity: Prices quoted are based on current costs and are valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated.

These terms form the basis of our agreement. We reserve the right to update these terms; the latest version will always be posted here.
