Project Background:
VIBE Hotel Sydney, part of TFE Hotels, showcases a sophisticated urban design that merges Manhattan-inspired aesthetics with Sydney's relaxed elegance. The interior scheme features industrial-chic details and space-efficient layouts, requiring furniture that balances contemporary style with practical comfort for its dynamic guest rooms and public areas.

Challenges & Solution:

1.Sofa bed

Challenge: The initial sofa bed design required customization to align with the hotel's compact yet luxurious room layouts. Key hurdles included optimizing seating depth for comfort while adhering to space constraints, and integrating a custom Leggett & Platt mechanism to ensure durability and effortless transformation from sofa to bed.

Solution: We developed a pre-production sample with enhanced back cushions and refined armrest profiles, improving ergonomics without compromising aesthetics. The Leggett & Platt bed frame was tailored to fit reduced dimensions, ensuring seamless functionality in the hotel's urban-inspired suites.

2.Coffee,Side table & Console Table

Challenge: The design called for quartz stone in a premium white fish vein pattern, which had to pass a rigorous 24-hour stain resistance test. The base, crafted from gold-plated stainless steel, required precise laser cutting to achieve sharp, burr-free edges and a flawless finish.

Solution: We sourced quartz slabs that matched the exact veining pattern and met durability standards. The base was fabricated using advanced laser technology, followed by a custom gold-plating process to achieve a luxurious, corrosion-resistant finish.
