Our Furniture Collection at VIBE Sydney Hotel

Project location: Sydney, Australia

Project Name: Vibe Hotel Sydney Rushcutters Bay

Project Background:
A 4-star hotel by TFE Hotels Group, designed by Tom Mark Henry to transform Rushcutters Bay’s maritime landscape into a coastal-botanical sanctuary. The hotel repurposes industrial materials within a heritage-inspired space, featuring 258 suites, a rooftop pool, and the signature Storehouse on the Park restaurant. Furniture blends rustic-modern aesthetics with nautical resilience, using robust materials to withstand high-traffic hospitality environments while evoking Mediterranean leisure.

Main Materials: Solid Wood (Pine wood, Oak), Customized Pattern Quartz Stone, Stainless steel vacuum-plated with gold color,

Feature Processes :

This project showcases our mastery in executing demanding bespoke manufacturing with exacting standards. We delivered flawless integration and unparalleled comfort through specialized techniques:

  1. Gold-Accented Vacuum Metallurgy: Table bases (coffee/console units) underwent stainless steel vacuum-plating in dust-free, temperature-controlled chambers. This achieved a mirror-grade gold finish with ≤0.1μm thickness variation, ensuring anti-tarnish durability for coastal humidity.
  2. Engineered Sofa Bed Transformation: Integrated Leggett&platt’s proprietary mechanical frame with oak timber legs. The system enables single-motion sofa-to-bed conversion, tested for 20,000+ cycles without structural fatigue.

Commitment: By fusing Leggett & Platt’s precision mechanics with brushed-gold metallurgy and stain-proof quartz, we elevated Vibe’s design into a functional art. Every 0.1mm gap closed, every custom vein matched, and every silent sofa-bed transition embodies our pledge: engineering beauty that
