Adina Apartment Hotels sought to furnish their Auckland property with pieces that embodied the brand's ethos: stylish, practical, and durable enough for the high-traffic life of a city-center aparthotel. Our challenge was to deliver custom furniture that felt like home and stood the test of time.

Challenges & Solution:

1.Sofa 

Challenge: Engineer a durable sofa bed frame with a 5-year warranty and source the perfect performance fabric from a concept image.

Solution: We developed a robust frame using knot-free pine and 8mm plywood reinforcements. Simultaneously, we sourced and tested fabric samples to match the client's exact color and durability specifications, delivering a piece that is as comfortable as it is tough.

2. The Unshakeable Dining Table

Challenge: Create a stunning round table that won't tip, with a quartz top resistant to stains.

Solution: By ingeniously adding weight to the base, we achieved exceptional stability without compromising the design. We then supplied a high-density quartz top with a permanent stain-resistant treatment, ensuring beauty that endures.

3.The Test-Proof Coffee Table

Challenge: Fabricate a coffee table with a custom Carrara white quartz top and a base that can withstand heavy use and coastal air.

Solution: We matched the quartz veining for a cohesive look and constructed a metal base engineered to pass rigorous load and salt spray tests, guaranteeing longevity.

Result: We delivered a full suite of custom furniture that met Adina's stringent aesthetic, functional, and commercial requirements on time and to specification.
