Tailored Sofa Bed & Table Solutions

Project location: Melbourne, Australia

Project Name: Adina Apartment Hotel Pentridge Melbourne

Project Background:
Adina Apartment Hotel Pentridge Melbourne is a 4-star hotel. It features a unique design style that blends industrial heritage with modern elements, as it's converted from a former prison. The furniture (supporting furniture) combines contemporary comfort with rustic touches, using neutral tones and sturdy materials for a stylish yet functional look.

Main Materials: Solid Wood (Pine wood, Oak), Customized Pattern Quartz Stone, Perforated Steel Mesh, Customized Powder-coated colors

Feature Processes :

This project showcases our mastery in executing demanding bespoke manufacturing with exacting standards. We delivered flawless integration and unparalleled comfort through specialized techniques:

  1. Seamless Quartz Inlay Precision: For the bedside tables, we meticulously embedded premium quartz stone within circular frames. Achieving the critical requirement of sub-2mm edge gaps demanded exceptional CNC machining accuracy and hand-finishing expertise. The result is a perfectly uniform, hairline seam (< 2mm) around the entire circumference, creating a sleek, integrated look that highlights the stone's beauty without visible imperfections.
  2. Engineered Plush Comfort: The sofa bed's ultimate comfort was built from the inside out. Beyond the high-resilience foam core, we incorporated a critical internal layer: a premium fiber-fill cushion wrap. This high-quality fiber padding is expertly placed and secured within the covers for the seat cushions, backrest, and armrests. This specialized construction is the secret to achieving the consistently full, buoyant, and luxuriously plush "overstuffed" effect, ensuring lasting comfort and a premium aesthetic.

Commitment: We don't just manufacture furniture; we engineer solutions. This case exemplifies our commitment to transforming complex specifications – from micro-tolerances in stonework to achieving perfect plushness – into tangible, high-quality results.
