Adina Apartment Hotel Sydney Chippendale offers a refined residential experience in one of Sydney’s most creative inner-city neighborhoods. Designed for long-stay guests and urban travelers, the hotel combines apartment-style functionality with modern aesthetics—featuring soft textures, clean lines, and space-conscious layouts. The furniture needed to reflect this balance: comfortable, durable, and tailored to the relaxed yet sophisticated Adina brand.

Challenges & Solution:

2-Seat & 3-Seat Sofa Beds

Challenge: This order required the production of just 25 sofa bed units—a smaller quantity that posed supply chain challenges. Each piece needed to incorporate a Leggett & Platt sofa bed mechanism and be developed according to the client’s custom design drawings. In addition, all foam materials had to meet strict Australian fire safety standards.

Solution: Leveraging our long-standing relationships with trusted suppliers, we coordinated material sourcing and production despite the low order volume. Our team developed a pre-production sample that met all design and functional requirements in a single iteration—integrating the Leggett & Platt mechanism seamlessly and using certified fire-retardant foam for complete compliance.
