Q: Are you a manufacturer?
R:Yes. We have our own land for building the factory and do the production by ourselves.
Q: What is lead time?
A:Normally 40-45 days and peak season is 50-55 days. For long term customer with season order forecast, we could keep the fastest lead time of 30-35days.
Q: What' s your product guarantees?
A:We can offer a product quarantee in the following way if you receive the products with Manufacturing Defect.
-- The first way to offer free replacement of the product if the oriainal does not work
-- The second method of offering a discount refund of the purchase price if customers do not accept the replacement.
Q: Can I order samples? Are they free of charge?
A:Yes.We make sample orders for certain customer,sample frees are needed but we will deduct it from the bulk order later if you place the order over 30 pcs for each SKU.
